Databases for On-Site Public Users

The lists below include databases that are available to the on-site public users at the Macdonald-Kelce Library

Databases for On-Site Public Users

Public users physically present at the Macdonald-Kelce library in Tampa can use this guide to access databases while on campus.

  • Current students, faculty, and staff can access all the databases both on and off-campus by first logging into MyUTampa with their UT credentials and then using the A-Z database List from the library's homepage at utopia.ut.edu.

  • There is no off-campus access to the databases for Alumni. UT offers Alumni access to in-house Macdonald-Kelce Library resources, including accessing most databases on library computers while using this guide.

  • Most of our database subscriptions can be accessed from campus, while using this guide. If selecting this route, then authentication is through our IP address, rather than our proxy server.

  • **Important Note to Remember-This guide only lists those databases that permit authentication from our IP address. Those databases not listed are either open access or can only be used by patrons with a UT log-in.
