You can export financials one company at a time from EDGAR or in special groups from Market Atlas

Use the default Standardized, and click Ratio Series to view all the key ratios. Export to download Excel sheets.
Click Fiancials, then click Company Specific. To view Company Specific Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow.

Search for one company, open Analysis, then click Comparison on the lower left, then enter the second company.

1. Search your primary company
2. Click Analysis
3. Click Industry Peers on the left
4. Select Peer group factor, ie NAICS
5. Select Report Type
6. Add companies, remove companies
7. Export data
