Reserve a Room

Click "Zone: 1st Floor" to reserve a Bloomberg Terminal [Business student only].

Click "Zone: 2nd Floor" to book a Group Study Room [2-3 people].

Policies for Reserving a Room

Available for reservation:

- Two Group Study Rooms [Rm. #239 & #240], currently available for 2 - 3 people, 2 hour limit

- One Media/DVD Room [viewing only], currently available for 1 - 2 people, 2 hour limit

- Two Bloomberg Terminals [Business student only], available for 1 person each, 2 hour limit

Individual Study Rooms are available on a first come, first serve basis and located on the 2nd floor of the library (Rooms # 229, 230, 238, 253, 254, and 255). 

Group Study Rooms require 2+ people and must be reserved in advance. Please see the room booking link above for more information about each room.

 

--> Please adhere to the restrictions placed on the number of people in a room.

--> Rooms are cleaned, but you may ask for cleaning supplies before or after using the room at the Circulation Desk.

 

  • Only 1 reservation per patron, per day. Additional reservations for this room on the same day, or from those accompanying the patron who schedules the room reservation, will not be permitted. All individuals (and Spartan ID#s) must be noted by name who will be sharing this study room during this reservation time.
  • Reservations can be made by one patron, who will be responsible for checking in and picking up & returning the key to the Circulation Desk on the 1st Floor.
  • Check-in (online) for room reservations are required within 15 minutes of the reservation time, or your reservation will be cancelled.
  • Patrons are asked to leave their ID at the Circulation Desk during the duration of the room reservation in exchange for the room key.
  • Check-out (online) is requested at the end of your 2-hour reservation time - or any time beforehand
  • Room key should be returned to the Circulation Desk, upon vacating the room.
  • Social distancing of 6’ should be maintained between individuals within this space; otherwise, masks should be worn.
  • Whiteboard markers and sanitizing wipes are available, by request, at the Circulation Desk.
