WIRELESS PRINTING:

SpartanPrint sends print jobs from your computer. Print jobs are released with a Spartan Card swipe. Prints are double-sided and in black & white. 

• Select Web Print at spartanprint.ut.edu
• Upload your file 
• After the document is queued, swipe your Spartan Card to release your print job
• MKL Lobby - PRINTER TG466 or TG426
• There are other printers around campus (ITS WebPrint Directions)

Troubleshooting tip: Must be connected to UoT_Students network.

PRINTING FROM COMPUTER LABS:

Library computers have a popup for SpartanPrint. Computer default to black & white double-sided printing at the closest printer.

• Reference Lab 131 - PRINTER TH645 (black & white)
• MKL Lobby - PRINTER TG466 and TG426 (black & white)
• Computer Lab 106 - PRINTER TG938 (color printer) and TP701 (black & white)

Select printer TG938 for color printing. The color printer in the Library is temporarily out of order. Color printing can be completed in Jenkins Technology Building, first-floor room 153.

PRINT BALANCE:

Printing Balance

• All Spartans begin the semester with $30 value
• Black & white copies: 15¢ / double-sided page
• Color copies: 50¢ / double-sided page
• Check the balance/jobs/print history and add money with spartanprint.ut.edu
• Faculty/Staff can check print balance/jobs/history at printing.ut.edu

SCANNERS:

• There are two scanners on the 1st floor of the library.

COPIERS:

• Please scan to a USB drive and print your digital copy. There are no copiers available in the library.

FAX MACHINE:

• Please use the Vaughn Center Bookstore. There are no fax machines available in the library.
