WIRELESS PRINTING:

SpartanPrint sends print jobs from your computer. Print jobs are released with a Spartan Card swipe. Prints are single-sided and in black & white.

• Select Web Print at spartanprint.ut.edu.
• Click "Submit a job" and select printer cfisher\FollowMe (virtual).
  • Library Lobby Reference Area printers are - PRLIBLOBTQ127 and PRLIBLOBTM680.
• Upload your file.
• After the document is queued, swipe your Spartan Card to release your print job.
• There are other printers around campus. (ITS WebPrint Directions)

Troubleshooting tip: Must be connected to UoT_Students network.

PRINTING FROM COMPUTER LABS:

Library computers have a popup for SpartanPrint. Computers default to black & white double-sided printing at the closest printer. When manually selecting a printer choose the desired printer on Cfisher. 

• Reference Lab 131 - PRINTER TH645 (black & white)
• MKL Lobby - PRINTER TQ127 and TM680 (black & white)
• Computer Lab 106 - PRINTER TG938 (color printer) and TP701 (black & white)

Select printer CFISHER TG938 for color printing. Color printing can also be completed in the Jenkins Technology Building, Room 153 (Computer Lab).

PRINT BALANCE:

Printing Balance

• All Spartans begin the semester with $30 value
• Black & white copies: 15¢ / double-sided page
• Color copies: 50¢ / double-sided page
• Check the balance/jobs/print history and add money with spartanprint.ut.edu
• Faculty/Staff can check print balance/jobs/history at printing.ut.edu

SCANNERS:

• There are two scanners on the 1st floor of the library.

COPIERS:

• Please scan to a USB drive and print your digital copy. There are no copiers available in the library.

FAX MACHINE:

• Please use the Vaughn Center Bookstore. There are no fax machines available in the library.
