NCCPA’s Code of Conduct
The National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants’ Code of Conduct for Certified and Certifying PAs and PAs with the PA-C Emeritus Designation (the “Code of Conduct”) outlines principles that all certified or certifying PAs and PAs holding the PA-C Emeritus designation are expected to uphold.

Physician Assistant National Certifying Exam

This multiple-choice exam assesses basic medical and surgical knowledge. You will need to submit an application and payment in advance and can choose from over 200 testing sites.

The Physician Assistant National Certifying Examination® (PANCE) assesses the clinical knowledge, clinical reasoning and other medical skills and professional behaviors that have been deemed important for entry-level practice as a PA.

ClinicalKey provides standardized medical knowledge across your organization to promote consistent, evidence-based practices. Prepare for Physician Assistant National Certifying Examination (PANCE). (Must create a free student account to track your progress.)

User Profiles: Users are required to create a personal profile to access any content on the site. A personal profile also enables users to use Bookshelf (with highlighting, note-making, and bookmarking functionality), share notes/highlighting, and export notes to OneNote.

NCCPA offers practice exams to assist PAs in the preparation for PANCE, PANRE and CAQ exams.
Practice exams can be purchased for $50 per exam.
