Book a Group Study Room

Reserve a Room

Group Study Rooms (Room # 153, 154, 239, 240), currently available for 2 - 3 people, 2 hour limit

Group Study Rooms require 2+ people and must be reserved in advance. 

  1. Click Show Availability
  2. Click left and right arrows or Go to Date
  3. Click on any green available box
  4. Use the drop-down menu to select the length of time
  5. Click Submit Time
  6. Complete booking form and Submit 

Individual Study Rooms

Available first come, first serve:

Individual Study Rooms are on the 1st and 2nd floors of the library.
(Room # 151, 152, 229, 230, 238, 253, 254, and 255). 

  • Keep noise to a minimum as the walls are shared. 
  • Whiteboard markers and sanitizing wipes are available at the Circulation Desk. 

Media Viewing Room

If you need to watch a DVD or VHS, patrons are able to book the Media Viewing Room #228.

Ask about reserving the room at the Circulation Desk.

Policies for Reserving a Group Study Room

Available for a reservation:

--> Please adhere to the restrictions placed on the number of people in a room. 

--> Rooms are cleaned, but you may ask for cleaning supplies before or after using the room at the Circulation Desk. 

  

  • Only one reservation per patron, per day. Additional reservations for this room on the same day, or from those accompanying the patron who schedules the room reservation, will not be permitted. All individuals (and Spartan ID#s) must be noted by name who will be sharing this study room during this reservation time. 
  • Reservations can be made by one patron, who will be responsible for checking in, picking up, and returning the key to the Circulation Desk on the first floor. 
  • Check-in (online) for room reservations is required within 15 minutes of the reservation time, or your reservation will be canceled. 
  • Patrons are asked to leave their ID at the Circulation Desk during the duration of the room reservation in exchange for the room key. 
  • Check-out (online) is requested at the end of your two-hour reservation time or any time beforehand.  
  • Please lock the door upon vacating the room and return the key to the Circulation Desk. 
  • Food nor open containers are permitted in the study rooms.
