RefWorks

1. Open Microsoft Word (and open any document),
   NOTE: Do you have RCM in the Word toolbar? You already have RefWorks installed.
2. Click Insert on the ribbon,
3. Get Add-ins and open the Store,
4. Check MY ADD-INs, STORE and ADMIN MANAGED
5. Look for RefWorks Citation Manager.

If the store is blocked, refresh and check My ADD-INs and ADMIN-MANAGED

click INSERT open Get Add-ins

click MY ADD-INS or ADMIN MANAGED 

and search for RefWorks.

If you are able to see the store add-ins, search for RefWorks.
