Curriculum Room

Curriculum Room The Curriculum Room has been set aside for UT education students to use while preparing lesson plans and doing their internships. The materials in this room are activity-based so they can be used in the classroom.

Materials cover pre-K through 12th grade, and all subjects are covered. There are over 150 big books in children's literature located in this room. Puppets, games, puzzles are some of the activities you will find in this collection. Two AccuCut machines with numerous dies are available. Dies include alphabets, numbers, health, hygiene, game boards, math manipulatives, and others.

Only non-fiction children's books are located in this room. The majority of children's literature (fiction) is located in the PZ7-10.3 section of MAIN collection on the second floor of the library.

You can also find a circulating set of Florida Teacher Certification Examination (FTCE) booklets on General Reserve. Ask for them at the Circulation Desk.
