A great idea is to share references and citations.

Share RefWorks Folders with others.

Create a folder
Move citation to the folder
If you Upload PDFs, others will have access to the full text.
Share the folder
- Share with a group of people by choosing public share.
  (This creates a special URL which you can email others)
- or Share with one person to allow them to edit and add citations.

You can share folders of references with specific users and/or (when enabled) all other users at your institution and can view folders of references that are shared with you or your institution. You can view the references that have been shared with you, and in some cases add comments or change the references. If you want to edit or export references that have been shared with you, you must first copy them to your own reference folders.

An alternative is to use RefWorks in Google Docs.

Then share the Google Doc.

NOTE: The references in RefWorks aren't actually shared in this manner, but others can view the end results.
